Position Summary:

The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by addressing inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally. The role liaises with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with requests and inquiries
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns, providing solutions to meet their needs
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery especially wellness
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction, reviews and loyalty
  • Ensure pre arrival forms and communications is seamless & coordinated with all departments
  • Ensure arrival experience is as per SOP

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hospitality degree or certification
  • Previous experience in guest relations or a related field
  • Knowledge of local attractions and events

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and service standards
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
