A new premium nursery opening soon in Abu Dhabi is seeking a warm, organized, and bilingual Receptionist cum Admin (Female Only – Arabic Required) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of the nursery, ensuring smooth communication between parents and staff while efficiently handling front desk and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet parents, visitors, and children with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and parent enquiries in both Arabic and English.
- Manage student registration, attendance records, and administrative documentation.
- Assist the management team with daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, data entry, and scheduling.
- Process payments, invoices, and petty cash under management supervision.
- Maintain an organized reception and office area.
- Support communication between staff, parents, and external partners.
- Assist with nursery events, parent communication, and marketing coordination when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role (experience in a nursery or school preferred).
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using digital platforms.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Female candidates only (as per role requirements).
