Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart and efficient Admin cum HR / Accounts Assistant to support daily office administration, HR coordination, and basic accounting activities. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, familiar with MS Office and Zoho software, and currently on a Spouse Visa.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative:
- Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain filing systems and organize company records.
- Manage correspondence, calls, and scheduling of meetings.
HR:
- Assist in recruitment, interview coordination, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
- Support in HR documentation.
Accounts:
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and petty cash.
- Maintain expense records and assist in reconciliations.
- Follow up on pending payments and update financial reports.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admin/HR/accounts roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be on a valid Own or Spouse Visa (UAE).
