Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telesales & Training Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for managing daily telesales activities, including making and receiving calls to assist clients with their training needs.

This is an on-site role located in Dubai, requiring a proactive and client-focused approach to enhance customer satisfaction and support training and development initiatives.

Job Description:

  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our educational programs
  • ⁠ ⁠Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally
  • ⁠ ⁠Schedule and coordinate private training sessions between clients and trainers
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client updates
  • ⁠ ⁠Provide administrative support related to scheduling, documentation, and reporting
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth coordination of training programs and monitor client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Skills in Training Coordination and Training & Development
  • Must be on their own Visa
  • Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, admin, or coordination (mandatory)
  • Effective Communication and Training skills
  • Experience in Employee Training
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
