Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive-Female to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Present company services to prospective clients and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Work on marketing of the company like attend conferences and networking events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent Arabic language Speaking
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or service industry (background screening, verification, HR solutions, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
