We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Office Administrator
to support day-to-day office operations and coordinate administrative, procurement, and order-handling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration, documentation & correspondence
- Handling customer orders, purchase orders & invoicing
- Vendor coordination, logistics follow-ups & shipment tracking
- ERP data entry and record maintenance
- Office coordination and inter-departmental support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum
5 years' experience
in office administration - Proficiency in
MS Office & ERP systems
(Zoho is an advantage) - Strong communication, organizational & coordination skills
- Currently available in the UAE
