About Us

Holiday Boulevard is a leading short-term rental management company in Dubai, offering top-tier services to property owners and guests. We are looking for a Concierge to join our team, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth transportation operations.

Job Responsibilities

Concierge Services:

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and property orientations.
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units are in top condition.
  • Assist with guest requests such as grocery deliveries, restaurant reservations, or tour bookings.
  • Deliver essential supplies (e.g., linens, toiletries) to holiday home units.
  • Handle property inspections and oversee any urgent service calls.
  • Support office staff with administrative or operational errands.

Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license .

Minimum 2 years of driving experience in Dubai.

Knowledge of Dubai roads, landmarks, and tourist areas.

Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.

Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor.

Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
