As a Property Consultant at Etagi Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating real estate transactions, representing clients, and ensuring smooth and successful deals.

Responsibilities

* Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, financing options, and market conditions

* Assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their real estate goals and objectives

* Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors

* Ensure all real estate transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies

* Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents with meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications

* At least 6 months of experience in the real estate

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

* Russian (fluent )

* Czech( fluent)
