Pricing Executive - Freight Forwarding
Job Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Rapport:
Cultivate and maintain strong, loyal relationships with key stakeholders, including Carriers, MLOs, NVOCCs, Airlines, Feeder Operators, ICDs, Terminals, 3PL/Warehousing partners, and Transport Companies
·
Pricing Expertise:
Demonstrate proficiency in performing pricing inquiries with minimal Leadtime while securing the most favorable buying terms for inquiries. Should be able to get multiple quotes from MLOs, NVOCC, Airlines, Overseas Agents, Feeder Operators, Depots/CFSs/ICDs, Carriers, 3PL Vendors, Transporters etc.

Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed and well-versed in local and international laws and regulations related to import and export shipments. Ensure that pricing activities are compliant with relevant legal requirements.
·
Transactional Excellence:
Manage all aspects of pricing operations efficiently, from initial inquiries to transactional activities.
·
Vendor Management:
Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of logistics, Overseas and local Freight Forwarding agents, and associated vendors, including pricing structures and credit arrangements.
Must Have Requirements:

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Pricing Operations within the UAE, particularly in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.

Stakeholder Relations:
Established rapport with various stakeholders in the industry, including Carriers, MLOs, NVOCCs, Airlines, Feeder Operators, ICDs, Terminals, 3PL/Warehousing partners, and Transport Companies.
·
Legal and Regulatory Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of local and international laws and regulations pertaining to import and export shipments.
·
Transactional Proficiency:
Proficient in all transactional activities related to pricing operations.
·
Vendor Expertise:
Wide knowledge and familiarity with logistics, Freight Forwarding, and associated vendors, including pricing structures and credit arrangements.
