Based in Dubai and reporting directlyto the Chief People Officer, this role oversees CX people operations and HR strategyacross multiple markets including KSA and Egypt.You ll partner with senior CX and People leadership to design and deliver scalable,high-impact HR frameworks that drive engagement, capability, and performance acrossa rapidly growing workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the regional People strategy for the Customer Experience organisation across KSA, and EgyptServe as the senior HR business partner to the CX leadership team, advising on structure, talent, and cultureOversee all aspects of HR including business partnering, employee relations, operations, and capability developmentDesign scalable people programs that enhance engagement, retention, and career growth within large frontline and operational teamsPartner with regional leaders to forecast workforce needs and build succession pipelines for key CX rolesAlign compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks with business growth and market trendsChampion the employee experience, ensuring onboarding, development, and communication processes reflect Tabby s valuesDrive continuous improvement through data and people analytics to support decision-makingLead and coach a distributed team of HR professionals across multiple countriesAbout YouProven senior HR or People leader in a high-volume or customer operations environment (2,000+ employees).Skilled in building scalable people operations across multiple markets.Data-driven operator, comfortable turning workforce analytics into business action.Balances operational precision with empathy and communication excellence.Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, stabilize teams, and build new ones from scratch.Strong knowledge of Egyptian and Saudi labor laws.Comfortable with regional travel (Cairo, Riyadh, and Dubai as needed).Preferred ExperienceProven track record leading HR for large, multi-country organisations, ideally within tech, fintech, or customer operationsExperience overseeing People teams in high-volume, customer-facing environments Deep understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labour laws across UAE, KSA, and EgyptStrong capability in leadership development, workforce planning, and organisational designExceptional business partnering skills with senior stakeholders Data-driven mindset and comfort working in fast-scaling environmentsArabic speaking is a plus
