Job Summary:

We are seeking a
Performance Marketing Specialist
to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns that drive measurable results. The role focuses on lead generation, bookings, ROAS optimization, and full-funnel performance across multiple platforms.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize
    paid advertising campaigns
    across: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, Other relevant performance channels.
  • Own the
    full funnel performance
    : awareness, traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Conduct
    audience targeting
    , retargeting, and lookalike strategy development.
  • Perform
    A/B testing
    on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Track, analyze, and report on
    KPIs
    including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Manage and optimize
    ad budgets
    to maximize return on investment.
  • Work closely with content, design, and web teams to align creatives with performance goals.
  • Implement and monitor
    conversion tracking
    , pixels, GA4, and tagging.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly
    performance reports
    with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry best practices.
  • Support campaign scaling for
    seasonal promotions, events, and travel experiences
    .

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum
    3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
    .
  • Strong experience with
    Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    analytics tools
    (GA4, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio).
  • Experience in
    hospitality, travel, tourism, or events
    is a strong advantage.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
