Admin / Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a reliable and well-presented Admin / Front Desk Executive to join our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, handling front desk activities, and supporting daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
Front Desk & Guest Relations
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and organized.
- Manage guest logs, issue visitor passes, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Assist guests and clients with any requests or concerns.
Administrative Support
- Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and basic correspondence.
- Coordinate courier services, incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support HR and management with administrative duties as needed.
Office Coordination
- Ensure smooth operations of office facilities (printers, meeting rooms, supplies).
- Liaise with vendors and service providers when required.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and schedules.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information with discretion.
- Experience in hospitality or corporate front desk roles.
- Knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
