Gaelan Medical Care is seeking a
Specialist General Surgeon
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of surgical procedures, manage patient care pre- and post-operation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor and intermediate surgical procedures in a day-care setting
  • Assess patients pre-operatively and determine suitability for day surgery
  • Provide post-operative care and monitor patients until safe discharge
  • Consult with patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and follow-up instructions
  • Ensure efficient patient flow and minimize surgical delays
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, outcomes, and patient records
  • Adhere strictly to hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards
  • Collaborate with nursing and allied health teams to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified General Surgeon
  • Proven experience in general surgical procedures
  • Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and communication skills

License Requirement:

  • Valid
    MOH License (UAE)
    required
