Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a comprehensive global demand planning strategy aligned with business goals.

* Lead and mentor a team of demand planning managers, analysts, and specialists across regions.

* Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate forecast accuracy and operational effectiveness.

* Manage the full demand planning cycle, including data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting.

* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather and integrate insights for accurate forecasting.

* Analyze demand patterns, market trends, and customer behavior to predict and manage fluctuations.

* Conduct team performance reviews and create development programs to enhance skills and efficiency.

* Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, systems, and processes to enhance automation and scalability.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

* At least 10 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within the retail industry.

* Proven experience managing global demand planning operations.

* Expertise in demand planning methodologies, statistical modeling, and data analytics.

* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive organizational change.
