We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growth team. Your mission is to identify business owners and investors who need a trusted partner to handle their "back-office" complexities. You will be selling a peace-of-mind solution that allows clients to focus on their core business while we handle the rest.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients (SMEs and Startups) through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and attending industry events.
- Full-Service Selling: Present and sell our comprehensive service stack:
- Incorporation: Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setups.
- Financials: Accounting, VAT registration, Corporate Tax, and Audit.
- Operational: PRO services, visa processing, and labor contracts.
- Growth: Marketing services to help their new business scale.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct "On-Ground" gap analyses for clients to identify compliance or accounting risks they may be facing.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and hand-over to the operations team.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with law firms, real estate agents, and banks for referral leads.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in B2B Sales or Business Development within the UAE (Corporate Services/Accounting firm experience is highly preferred).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of business services needs.
- Communication: Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are a major plus).
- Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Mobility: Must be comfortable with field visits and face-to-face client meetings across the UAE.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Minimum AED 2,000 -2,500 per month (depending on experience).
- Commission: High-percentage commission on every closed deal (no cap on earnings).
- Perks: Standard UAE Visa and Insurance.
- Growth: Fast-track opportunity to move into a Senior BDM or Team Lead role as the department expands.
