Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect / Interior Technical Designer / BIM Modeler based in Abu Dhabi. The professional will be responsible for designing, modeling, and overseeing architectural and interior design projects, creating detailed technical drawings, and ensuring the seamless integration of design elements into construction processes. The role involves coordination with cross-functional teams, using advanced modeling tools, and ensuring that all designs align with project requirements and organizational goals. While primarily office-based in Abu Dhabi, remote work flexibility is provided for part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong creative and technical skillset
  • Experience with Project Management, including coordination and communication with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of Software Development and Integration tools used in BIM modeling and design processes
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and other relevant design tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in large-scale and international projects is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
