We are looking for a passionate
Director of Facilities Management
who can ensure smooth operations across all facilities management activities. You should also have experience in managing teams, handling maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This
will be responsible for overseeing both soft services (drivers, tea boys, office girls) and hard services for our client based in Dubai, which is one of the biggest
holding group
focused on trade, transport, and logistics

This is a
permanent role
within the organization. The role sits within the
Facilities Department
and reports directly to the
Head of Operations
.

Key responsibilities:


• Oversee and manage soft services staff including drivers, tea boys, and office girls.


• Manage hard services including building maintenance, utilities, and technical systems.


• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.


• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and services.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.


• Monitor budgets and control costs related to facilities operations.


• Prepare reports on facility performance, incidents, and improvements.


• Support management in strategic planning for facility improvements and upgrades.

Knowledge, skills & experience:


• 8-10 years of proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role, preferably in Dubai or UAE.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Knowledge of soft services management and hard services operations.


• Familiarity with health & safety regulations, building codes, and facility standards.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Availability:

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within 30 days of accepting the offer.
