Communications Officer

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor internal and external events, celebrations, and public activities related to municipal services and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with community members by providing accurate responses, guidance, and updates regarding municipal services and requirements.
- Promote the department's initiatives and projects to enhance the municipality's presence at local, national, and international levels.
- Support the development and improvement of service standards and participate in excellence and customer-satisfaction initiatives.
- Follow up on pending cases with relevant units to ensure timely completion according to approved regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct opinion surveys to measure community satisfaction and identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare periodic reports highlighting executed campaigns, challenges, achievements, and recommendations for enhancement.
- Ensure all required documents and information are completed in accordance with laws, regulations, and approved procedures.
- Perform any additional duties related to the role as assigned.
Qualifications
