Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Content Creator / SM Account Manager. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content, conceptualizing campaigns, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and developing tailored strategies. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, curating social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, and analyzing campaign performance to enhance engagement and business outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Content creation, including writing, storytelling, and visual ideation skills
  • Editing skills using Capcut and Canva
  • Knowledge of running paid campaigns & performance marketing
  • Expertise in social media content strategy and campaign development
  • Account management skills such as client communication, relationship building, and project management
  • Experience in using tools for performance analysis, reporting, and optimizing campaigns
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is a strong advantage
