This role will be the single point of contact for all online customers, responsible for communication, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, and closing sales remotely across all our branches (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah).

This position replaces the current branch-level lead-handling system and will ensure maximum conversion and higher ROI from marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Lead Management

Receive all leads inside DoubleTick unified inbox.

Respond within 5 minutes at any time of the day.

Handle WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook messages, and website inquiries.

Collect customer details, needs, budget, and timeline.

Sales & Closing

Explain products clearly and professionally.

Send high-quality catalogs, images, and videos.

Offer suitable alternatives when needed.

Negotiate, influence, and close sales remotely.

Issue proforma invoices.

Showroom Coordination.

Schedule showroom visits.

Share full client details with the assigned branch.

Follow up after the visit to finalize the deal.

CRM & Reporting

Log every lead in CRM (Google Sheet / ClickUp).

Update statuses and follow-ups (24h/48h/72h).

Create daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Track performance across all branches.

After-Sales

Follow up after delivery.

Request Google Reviews.

Maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

Fast and professional communicator on WhatsApp.

Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

Ability to respond at any time (flexible availability).

Excellent Arabic communication skills (English is a plus).

Ability to handle pressure and manage many leads daily.

Sales-driven mindset, not task-driven.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.

KPIs:

100% response time within 5 minutes.

100% lead logging into CRM.

Target conversion improvement (1–2% → 7–15%).

Number of booked showroom visits.

Number of closed deals monthly.

Positive customer feedback & Google Reviews.

Compensation:

Monthly salary

Commission on every closed sale

Bonus for exceeding monthly targets
