Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Strategic Partnerships, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Director will develop and manage key relationships with partners, negotiate contracts, and identify new opportunities to drive growth—particularly as ATS Aviation and ATS Technic expand into the global MRO and technical services sector. Responsibilities include leading strategic planning initiatives, analyzing market trends, managing client accounts, and driving critical partnerships that align with the company's long-term objectives.

Qualifications


• Proven expertise in Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Planning


• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and guide business decisions


• Experience in Account Management and executive stakeholder relations


• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, with a focus on building long-term partnerships


• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities


• Deep knowledge of the aviation industry, including familiarity with MRO operations, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Aviation, or a related field


• Experience working in a global environment, particularly within the MENA region, is an advantage.
