What You'll Do:

  • Drive sales targets and ensure store profitability.
  • Manage daily operations across multiple retail stores.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and sales teams.
  • Analyze sales trends and implement plans to grow business.
  • Maintain high standards in customer experience and store presentation.
  • Coordinate with merchandising and marketing teams for promotions and stock planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8–12 years of experience in
    fashion or apparel retail
    .
  • 5 years experience as Area Retail Manager
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Good understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in
    fabrics or Indian ethnic wear retail
