• Processing Air shipments by CALOGI system for all Exports and Imports and Negotiating with airline for better cost of Air Exports and Imports.


• Processing Customs documents by using E-Mirsal 2 (Transit Out & Transit In , Transfer with in Free zone, Dubai based free zone BOE, import to local from free zone, LGP local entry, export from local to free zone, export from local to ROW, Customs duty Exemption of EGYPT COO, after import for reexport BOE, Costal customs (Launch) export BOE and doing MOFAIC attestation, ADM booking, PRAVESH KUMAR


• Booking the Inspection for the import and export shipments


• Makes sure that all the documents are submitted in customs before the Deadline


• Booking the Inspection for the import and export (Air, Sea, Launch and Land Shipments).


•Managed end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.


• Coordinating break bulk shipments, including planning, documentation, port operations, and close coordination with carriers, agents, and terminal operators to ensure safe and timely delivery of oversized and heavy cargo.


• Coordinated with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.


• Analyzed logistics data and prepared reports to support strategic decision-making.


• Monitored inventory levels and implemented systems to prevent shortages or overstocking


• Coordinated with port authorities, stevedores, surveyors, and shipping lines


• Monitoring closely of export and import FCL containers and LCL Cntrs.
• Keeping a close eye on Exit Submission and ensure that all the stamps are required.


• Acting as an Auditor to make sure the Documents related to customs submission are filled properly and separately to each type of customs Regime.


• Receiving, dispatching and all the stock movements in the ERP system (SAP, Oracle).


• Maintain import and export and customs duty document files in accordance with federal regulations and company policy.


• Managing and training of staff in all Operations of Logistics.


• Making sure the FIFO warehouse process is followed.


• Liaising with the clients, which involve service contract agreement and providing quotes.


• Assisting 3PLcustomer with rates about the Freight and storage enquiries.


• Providing maximum support to sales, finance, and operation team to increase the revenue.


• Communicating and coordinating with overseas agents for pre- alerts and shipping companies for updated shipping details.
•Introducing the company's descriptions to the new customers to generate additional revenues.

Innovative, Dynamic & Self-Motivated Graduate having 17 years of experience in Logistics operation, inventory, Warehousing and Supply Chain. I am fully confident to take up any suitable challenging position. A creative thinker, a strong believer on motivation, developing manpower hardworking, eager to learn and able to adapt quickly to challenging situations and proven ability to work with all levels of personnel.
• Handle all types of Import & export along with break bulk shipment.

• Processing Air shipments by CALOGI system, booking freight from AIR line and creating AWB.
• Control and manage inventory (ORION11JLIVE)
• Proficient Knowledge in SAP
