Sales Executive – Real Estate - Developer & Broker

Sharjah, Ajman, UAE

Salary: AED 2,500 (Negotiable) + Car + Excellent Commissions (Best commissions in the Market)

Hindi/Urdu, Chinese, Russian speakers preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company properties (residential, commercial, plots).
  • Build client relationships, and conduct property viewings.
  • Provide clients with accurate and updated information about available properties.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Work with the marketing team to maximize property exposure.
  • Keep up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate sales experience.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Knowledge of UAE's real estate market and relevant regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.
