Sales Executive – Real Estate

We're looking for ambitious and motivated Real Estate Executives to join our dynamic sales team in Sharjah & Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company properties including residential, commercial, plots, and villas.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate, updated information.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property exposure and lead generation.
- Stay up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (mandatory).
- Valid UAE driving license (required).
- Fluency in Arabic (verbal and written); English or Urdu is a plus.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and digital tools.
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
