Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have experience in the metal fabrication field, particularly in Waterjet Cutting, Laser Cutting, Sheet Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining etc

The main responsibility will be to generate new business, maintain relationships with existing clients, ensure smooth coordination between customers and our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers from Oilfield, aerospace, defense, construction, engineering, interior fit-out, signage, and other industrial sectors.
  • Promote services such as waterjet cutting, laser cutting, Steel fabrication, CNC machining etc.
  • Prepare quotations based on drawings, material requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers until order finalization.
  • Visit client sites to understand project needs and present solutions.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain sales records and daily activity reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience in metal fabrication or related field in UAE.
  • Good knowledge of sheet metal processing and steel fabrication and CNC machiningetc.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
