Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, based in Doha, Qatar. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage the branch team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, implementing operational strategies, monitoring budgets, handling inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving growth within the branch.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong experience in sales management and achieving revenue targets
  • Hands-on experience in the automotive industry, automotive accessories, vehicle customization, or automotive retail
  • Solid understanding of customer service excellence in an automotive environment
  • Experience in operational management, including budgeting and inventory control
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of automotive products, installation processes, and industry standards is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive Management, or a related field preferred
