We help teams work smarter without the usual training theater. Our workshops are 70% hands-on, zero fluff, and built for people who've sat through enough bad professional development to know better. We teach AI tools people actually use and leadership skills that survive Monday morning.

What We're Looking For
We need an AI trainer who can teach Gen-AI productivity tools to Arabic-speaking teams—and make it click, not confuse.
You'll run live workshops (online) where participants build real workflows, automate actual work, and leave with skills they'll use that week. No slide marathons. No buzzword bingo. Just practical training that sticks.
This role is freelance to start. If we're both happy and the work grows, it could become full-time.
You Should Apply If You:
Speak fluently in Arabic and English
- Native Arabic speaker preferred
- Comfortable switching between languages mid-session when needed
Actually use Gen-AI tools daily
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, Runway—you know what's current and what works
- You automate your own work and can show others how to do the same
- Prompting isn't theory for you; it's Tuesday
Know how to teach, not just talk
- Experience facilitating online training sessions (workshops, webinars, courses)
- You can explain complex concepts without making people feel stupid
- Comfortable with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams
- You read the room (even the virtual one) and adjust on the fly
Bring energy and clarity
- Excellent communication skills—you're engaging, not exhausting
- You can handle questions, troubleshoot live, and keep momentum going
- Patience when someone's stuck, directness when someone's overthinking
What You'll Do
- Deliver live, hands-on AI training sessions to teams across EMEA
- Teach practical productivity workflows: research, writing, automation, data analysis
- Answer questions in real time and help participants build confidence with new tools
- Adapt content for different industries and experience levels
- Provide feedback and follow-up resources when needed
