Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery follow-ups.
- Manage communication with transporters, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain shipment records, invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse coordination for timely dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and local transport laws.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Assist in resolving shipment delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns promptly.
- Support import/export activities, including documentation and clearance coordination.
- Generate periodic logistics reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in Dubai.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with logistics software, inventory systems, and MS Office.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a time-sensitive environment.
- Knowledge of UAE customs and transport regulations is an added advantage.
