We are a results-driven marketing agency specializing in digital advertising, lead generation, branding, and content creation. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead client acquisition, manage strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for marketing and lead-generation services
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls, presentations, and proposals
  • Create tailored solutions based on client needs and business goals
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Strategy & Pipeline Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the agency's client base
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, ads specialists, social media team, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with the CEO and marketing team on growth strategies
  • Guide lead-generation executives/BDRs where required
  • Support in setting sales targets and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue goals

Requirements

  • 1–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Agency background (digital marketing / media / real estate marketing) is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, and sales funnels
  • Ability to build rapport with CEOs, founders, and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
