Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Ras Al Khaimah. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities, ensure the efficient functioning of business processes, and identify areas for process improvement. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting the implementation of operational strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to ensure smooth and efficient processes
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to identify, interpret, and address process improvements
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective team collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various operations efficiently
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in operations or management is an advantage
