Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, calls)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and organize office filing systems (physical and digital)
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and meeting minutes
- Support HR, finance, and other departments with document processing and coordination
- Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors
- Receive and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion
- Assist in event coordination, staff activities, and other administrative functions
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and report any issues to management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
