This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who understands the UAE professional services market and has demonstrated success in closing B2B deals for accounting firms, audit firms, or financial consultancies.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth by selling accounting and bookkeeping services to companies across the UAE.

Promote and sell tax services, including VAT and UAE Corporate Tax.

Sell regulatory and compliance services, including:

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Services

Identify, qualify, and acquire new B2B clients.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

Conduct professional client meetings, presentations, and proposals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales within accounting, audit, or consulting firms in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance services.

Ability to demonstrate and verify past sales achievements.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Solid understanding of the UAE SME and corporate market.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
