Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Ajman for a Student Experience and Admissions Professional. The successful candidate will manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment. They will support prospective students, provide guidance on academic programs, assist with documentation, and ensure compliance with university policies. Additionally, the role involves enhancing the student experience by organizing events, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements to meet student needs.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of students and stakeholders.
  • Admissions and Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in admissions processes, documentation management, and understanding of higher education enrollment procedures.
  • Event Coordination and Student Engagement: Proficiency in organizing student-related events, collecting and analyzing feedback, and implementing initiatives to enhance the student experience.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Abilities: Attention to detail, effective time management skills, and the ability to identify and resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Technology Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other relevant software to manage admissions and communications processes effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience working in higher education or a similar role in a multicultural context is a plus.
