Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Designer cum Sales Associate to join our team. This hybrid role combines the creative expertise of an designer with the sales acumen needed to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, while also contributing to the sales and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities: Design Duties:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals for their space.
  • Concept Development: Create detailed design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations to bring client visions to life.
  • Space Planning: Develop floor plans, layout designs, and spatial arrangements that maximize functionality and aesthetics.
  • Product Selection: Source furniture, materials, finishes, and decor items that align with the client's vision, budget, and the latest design trends.
  • Design Execution: Oversee the implementation of the design, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and installers to ensure timely completion.
  • Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to inspect progress and ensure designs are executed as planned.
  • 3D Renderings: Use design software to create 3D models and visualizations to showcase proposed designs. (Autocad, Luminion, Sketch up, 3D max, etcc,)

Sales Duties:

  • Sales Presentations: Present design proposals and products to prospective clients in a compelling way, addressing their specific needs and desires.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively explain features, benefits, and value to customers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients and close sales in alignment with company policies.
  • Follow-up: Provide follow-up to customers post-purchase to ensure continued satisfaction and potential future sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Landscape design and/or sales
  • Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Luminion, 3DMax, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering tools).
  • Excellent sales skills, with the ability to close deals and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and materials.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Benefits:

  • Salary of AED 3000 per month with attractive incentives.
