About the Role
We are looking for an experienced PRO–Typist cum Sales with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation), and immigration procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing visa applications, labor contracts, cancellations, and other government-related typing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, type, and submit applications for new employment visas, renewals, and cancellations.
- Process labor contracts and applications through the MOHRE portal.
- Handle Emirates ID applications, medical test typing, and other government-related forms.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
- Coordinate with PROs and HR teams for smooth processing of employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and renewals.
- Stay updated with changes in MOHRE, GDRFA, and other government-related procedures.
- Provide typing support for letters, forms, and administrative documentation as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PRO–Typist cum Sales in the UAE, specifically handling MOHRE and visa processing.
- Proficiency in MOHRE, Tas'heel, GDRFA, and other government portals.
- Strong typing skills in English (Basic Arabic typing is an added advantage).
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.
