Job Title: Civil Estimator (Interior Fit-out)

Salary: 5,000 AED per month (All-inclusive)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Civil Estimator with a focus on interior fit-out projects to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quantity Take-off: Perform accurate measurements and take-offs from 2D drawings and 3D models (AutoCAD/PDF).
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for partitions, flooring, ceilings, joinery, and MEP works.
  • Sourcing: Obtain and compare competitive quotes from sub-contractors and material suppliers.
  • Tendering: Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents and technical proposals.
  • Site Visits: Attend site briefings to understand project constraints and requirements.
  • Budgeting: Assist Project Managers in tracking project costs and variations during the execution phase.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Interior Fit-out estimation (UAE experience preferred).
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of Bluebeam or PlanSwift is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of fit-out materials, labor productivity rates in Dubai, and MEP basics.
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attributes: Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
