We are hiring Sales Engineer for a Leading Valves Manufacturing Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We're seeking a results-driven *Sales Engineer* with a Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering background to join our leading valves manufacturing company in *Abu Dhabi*. The ideal candidate will have *3-5 years of experience* in selling valves, mechanical equipment, or instruments, with a focus on driving growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • *Business Development*: Identify and pursue opportunities for valves, mechanical, and instrumentation products in UAE industries (oil & gas, water, etc.).
  • *Client Engagement*: Build relationships, provide technical solutions, and close deals. Conduct product demos and site visits.
  • *Sales Support*: Prepare proposals, quotations, and ensure timely delivery of products. Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
  • *Market Insight*: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulations in UAE.
  • *Driving*: Visit clients, exhibitions, and sites with a *valid UAE driving license*.

Requirements

  • *Experience*: 3-5 years in sales of valves, mechanical, or instrumentation products (oil & gas, industrial sectors preferred).
  • *Education*: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • *Skills*:
  • Strong technical knowledge of valves, instruments, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills (English, Arabic a plus).
  • *Valid UAE driving license*.
  • CRM experience a plus.

Offered Package

  • *Salary*: AED 5,000 - AED 8,000 per month.
  • *Location*: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
