About the Role

The ideal candidate will establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with external sales channels, including brokers, agents, and other strategic partners, to enhance the distribution and sales. The Channel Relations Manager works to identify new business opportunities, optimize channel performance, and ensure that sales targets are met. They act as a liaison between the company and its partners, facilitating effective communication, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of channel relations strategies to maximize sales and business growth.
  • Organize meetings, presentations, and events with channel partners.
  • Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, and sales tools to channel partners.
  • Tracking and reporting channel performance metrics, including sales, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to channel partners regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and alignment with channel partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential channel partners and market trends.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new channel partners, including providing product knowledge and sales support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of channel partner contacts, agreements, and activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Reporting and analytics.

Professional Experience Required

  • 3-4 of experience in business development, or channel management, in the real estate developer based in UAE in MANDATORY.
  • Experience in managing and building relationships with external partners (e.g., brokers, agents, or third-party vendors)
  • Knowledge of
    real estate sales cycles
    and related processes can be a significant advantage.
