Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about media, marketing, and business development, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, presenting RAKCAST services, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients, including entrepreneurs, real estate agents, influencers, and business owners.

Present RAKCAST's video and podcast production services professionally and persuasively.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.

Work closely with the production and marketing teams to align client goals with creative output.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools.

Attend local business events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to represent the RAKCAST brand.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations (media, marketing, or creative industry preferred).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a plus).

Familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms.

Based in Ras Al Khaimah or willing to commute regularly.
