Position Overview

The Sales & Marketing representative is responsible for promoting and selling prefabricated buildings and portacabins across the UAE. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships and achieving sales targets while ensuring smooth coordination with the design, production and operations teams for timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

·     Identify and develop new clients for prefabricated and portacabin products.

·     Conduct client visits and site inspections to assess project requirements.

·     Prepare and submit proposals, quotations and presentations based on client needs.

·     Support marketing campaigns and brand promotion activities.

·     Manage social media and digital marketing content related to prefab solutions.

·     Participate in exhibitions and trade shows to promote company products.

·     Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.

·     Maintain strong relations with existing clients and ensure satisfaction.

·     Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.

·     Follow up on payments and post-delivery services to ensure client retention.

·     Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely project execution.

·     Coordinate with finance for invoicing and collections.

·     Update client database and maintain accurate project and contact records.

·     Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market analysis for management review.

Skills & Competencies

·     Good knowledge of prefab and portacabin products.

·     Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

·     Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

·     Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

·     Valid UAE driving license required.

Qualifications & Experience

·     Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

·     3–5 years' experience in sales & marketing of prefabricated buildings or portacabin manufacturing in the UAE.

·      Proven ability to achieve targets and maintain key accounts.
