The Opportunity: Remote Commission-Based Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Remote Sales Executive to join our team. This is a commission-only role perfect for a self-starter who excels at generating leads and closing deals using digital and telecommunication tools. Your primary focus will be on telemarketing, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing to find new clients and drive sales for our PPE products.
This position offers uncapped earning potential based entirely on your sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential business clients (B2B) in need of PPE supplies across various industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, oil & gas).
- Digital & Telemarketing:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (telemarketing) to prospect and qualify new leads.
- Develop and execute effective email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage prospects and share product information.
- Professionally present and articulate the value and specifications of our PPE product range.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and progress in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For
- Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is highly preferred, especially within the PPE, safety equipment, or trading/distribution sectors.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional engagement via phone, email, and digital messaging (WhatsApp).
- Self-Motivated & Disciplined: The ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline remotely, and maintain a high level of productivity without direct supervision.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using digital communication tools (email, WhatsApp Business) and basic CRM/spreadsheet software for tracking.
- A "Hunter" Mentality: A strong desire to aggressively pursue new business and close deals.
