Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads to drive IT software sales in the UAE market.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Male
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT software sales in the UAE.
  • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Salary: Starting AED 4,000 per month + incentives.
