Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Joinery Estimator. The Joinery Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for joinery projects, analyzing project specifications and drawings, managing supplier and subcontractor quotations, and coordinating with the project management team to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines. The role also includes preparing detailed estimates, monitoring procurement, and periodically reviewing project costs for accuracy and efficiency. The Joinery Estimator will contribute significantly to achieving the company's project goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and preparing budgets for joinery works
  • Strong knowledge of project specifications, technical drawings, and material selection in wood and aluminum construction
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including estimation tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of sourcing, procuring, and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the joinery, construction, or interior design industry, is highly desirable
