The Food Runner is primarily responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to the residence rapidly. The F&B Runner will set up all the dishes needed from the chef for the different request form the family or events, as the needed labeling, packing, and group communication. Runners must keep track on all orders and be prompted to answer professionally of any request, informing immediately to the COD in kitchen. The Runner will help the stewarding team when needed to set up for events as well, replenishment of deliveries for Kitchen from Procurement (fresh and dry items) and for Main House or other locations form Procurement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma preferred.
  • English Certification
  • Basic knowledge of Word/Excel and Windows operational
  • International living and working essential.
  • Experience working as a food runner in a 5* restaurant regarded.

JOB SKILLS

  • Able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to remain calm under stressful situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to listen to directions.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to be relocated based on family movements
  • English Speaking (must)
