Responsibilities
  • Conduct surgical interventions for various heart conditions, including coronary artery bypass grafting and valve repair or replacement.
  • Evaluate and assess patients' medical histories and diagnostic testing results to determine surgical options.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, cardiologists, and nursing staff to ensure optimal perioperative care.
  • Monitor and manage patients during their recovery process, addressing any complications that arise.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment options and recovery expectations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all surgical procedures and patient interactions.
  • Stay current with advancements in cardiac surgery and implement evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Cardiac Surgery.
  • Board certification in Cardiac Surgery.
  • Current medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
  • Extensive experience performing cardiac surgical procedures in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, surgical techniques, and patient management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and work effectively within a team environment.
