Role Description

This is a contract role for a Junior Barista. In this on-site position located in Ras Al Khaimah, the Junior Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Other responsibilities include assisting in basic food preparation and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. The Junior Barista will need to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Barista and food preparation skills, including the ability to make a variety of beverages and handle food handling tasks.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adhere to professional standards.
