This role involves learning the craft of coffee preparation particularly with calibration, assisting with Senior Barista, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Beverage Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages following company recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks served**.**

**Customer Service**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and responding to any questions about the menu.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by providing quick and efficient service during busy periods.

**Stock and Inventory**:

- Assist in managing stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients to ensure seamless service.
- Inform the Senior Barista or Supervisor when stock levels are low and assist in the restocking process.

**Cleanliness and Maintenance**:

- Ensure the coffee station and equipment are clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas regularly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the seating area when needed.

**Learning and Development**:

- Actively participate in training sessions to improve coffee-making skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
- Stay updated on new coffee brewing techniques and products offered by COMO Lounge.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Senior Barista, Supervisor, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Be a team player and help out during peak hours or when requested by supervisors.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Previous experience as a barista is an advantage but not required. Enthusiasm for coffee and customer service is essential.

**Skills**:

- Basic understanding of coffee preparation is preferred but training will be provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy times.

**Teamwork**: Willingness to collaborate with other team members and assist in various tasks as needed.

**Attention to Detail**: Ensuring that drinks are prepared and served to a high standard of quality.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift light to moderate weights when restocking supplies upstairs to downstairs.

Pay: AED2,600.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
