Office Secretary cum Accountant
The Accountant cum Office Secretary is responsible for handling accounting duties, financial recordkeeping, and general administrative support. This role requires the individual to maintain financial records, prepare reports, manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, and support day-to-day operations in the office.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
- Support payroll processing and employee expense reports
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement
- Handle office correspondence, filing, and documentation
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Organize company events and meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- **Office Secretarial and Administrative Duties**:
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, and arrange travel and accommodations for staff as needed.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain office correspondence, memos, reports, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
- **Office Supplies and Inventory**: Monitor office supply levels, order supplies, and ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.
- **Support to Management**: Assist executives and management with administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations, reports, and documents.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain employee records, office contracts, and other essential documents.
Pay: AED 2500 - AED 3000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras Al Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- 1-2 year (preferred)
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
