We are looking for a responsible secretary to organize our company’s day-to-day operations.
**Job Description**:
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
- word processing
- provide clerical support and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
- managing office equipment, arranging travel and distributing mail.
Qualifications:
- should be proficient with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets, presentations.
- The secretary should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Secretarial/Administration field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- able to speak in Arabic and English language.
